But after speaking directly with families who had endured the challenges of probate, he realized something important: too many people wait until it’s too late to create an estate plan.
In 2023, Simon first envisioned EP Attorneys with a simple mission — to make it easier for families to connect with ethical, 4★+ rated attorneys who provide free initial consultations and genuine peace of mind. That vision became reality in 2025. Since then, the platform has grown to feature attorneys in every state, host free educational events online and in person, and guide thousands of families toward protecting what matters most.
